Park Street Nordicom A/S, a European real estate company, has appointed Christian Seitzberg as senior portfolio manager.

Seitzberg joins from NPV, the Danish urban residential and commercial property developer, and will be responsible for commercial management aspects of PSN’s real estate portfolio throughout Denmark. He joins in April and will report directly to CEO Pradeep Pattem.

At NPV, Seitzberg was responsible for all aspects of the development lifecycle. Prior to which, he spent 12 years within PostNord Real Estate, latterly as Head of Real Estate, Denmark & Norway and senior portfolio manager, responsible for asset management, transactions, due-diligence, leasing, development and valuations.

CEO Pradeep Pattem stated: “I am delighted to welcome Christian to Park Street Nordicom. I am confident that his considerable experience and knowledge will be instrumental in building Park Street Nordicom into a best in class real estate platform.”

The clusters of Norrebro, Naestved, Ringsted and Odense are PSN’s focus areas, given the strategic location of the company’s current assets and the supporting micro economic conditions in these locations. PSN also sees significant opportunity in the Coworking and Student Housing sec-tors, where PSN will seek to work with institutional capital partners and build a long-term portfolio.

Pattem added: “The asset management approach to real estate is undergoing significant changes. This is driven by technology, which enables transparent data, analysis and dynamic de-cisions; and the shift of capital away local developers to global and institutional capital, which de-mands such transparency and discipline. We are seeking to develop a team with such vision within our Company.”
