Columbia Threadneedle Investments has let the remaining four retail units at Courage Yard in Shad Thames, London.

Colliers International’s Central London Retail Agency team, alongside Nash Bond, advised Columbia Threadneedle on the leases at Courage Yard, the mixed-use public space hosting cafes, shops and pop-up events.

Current occupiers now include Starbucks, Hamptons and Londent and are soon to be joined by Skinsmiths, Rush Hair and Beauty, The Watch House and Zoopla.

Courage Yard is situated on the former site of the Courage Brewery, on the Southbank of the River Thames, close to Tower Bridge and the Thames Path Walkway.

Bobby Blake, Associate Director in Colliers International’s Central London Retail Agency team, said: “It’s great to see Columbia Threadneedle’s vision to reposition Courage Yard with a more contemporary retail offering coming to fruition. The new tenants are well-established in their own right and will contribute greatly to the varied retail mix in the area.”

Chris Ward, Asset Manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments commented: “We’re delighted to have the majority of the retail space let at Courage Yard offering a great mix of amenities to benefit local residents and commercial tenants throughout the Courage Yard estate and Shad Thames.”
