JLL, CBRE, Savills, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Eastdil Secured, Michael Elliott, DTRE, Kieron D. Cotter & Co, Cortex Partners and Tudor Toone were all among the top performers in CoStar's Investment Agency League Tables in the first quarter of 2017. Click through to see the results.

JLL started 2017 as it ended 2016: at the top of the table for vendor representation. The firm acted on £1.5bn of sales, including the £250m disposal of Project Keirin.

CBRE finished second with sales totalling £1.3bn, buoyed by the sale of Rathbone Square in London. Colliers completed the top three on the vendor side with sales of £573m.

Savills was the number one purchaser agent in Q1 after completing £1.32bn worth of acquisitions, the largest of which was Rathbone Square. CBRE’s acquisition of the Project Apple industrial portfolio helped them into second place, while BNP Paribas completed the top three.

Single agents

Eastdil Secured’s sale of a 50% stake in Principal Place in London helped see them to the top of the single branch sales table once again, with a final figure of £570m.

Another strong performance by Michael Elliott saw them retain second place on the sales table, helped by their £292m disposal of One Kingdom Street in Paddington. Dowley Turner Real Estate completed the top three on the vendors’ side, completing £97m worth of sales.

Kieron D. Cotter & Co’s representation of CC Land in the Kingdom Street deal helped the firm secure top spot in the acquisitions table. Cortex Partners and Tudor Toone finished second and third, respectively, for acquisitions.
