Places left for CREFC Europe Exec Education programme

Places are still available for European real estate lending trade association CREFC Europe’s Executive Education Programme, which takes place at the beginning of July.

Early bird discount opportunities have closed but there is still time to get a ticket for the event which takes place at 46 New Broad Street, EC2M 1JH between 3 and 5 July and provides a series of up-to-date practical lessons in real estate financing from experienced experts across a range of disciplines.

It is the fourth in a the series and is aimed at entry or mid-level professional staff in the commercial real estate finance industry.

Topics to be discussed include: loan origination process; property valuation; loan funding options; fixed versus floating, maturity and swap terms.
